Gotham Greens is the world’s first commercial urban farmer to use rooftop hydroponic systems. Gotham Greens grew out of New York Sun Works, a non-profit organization that designed and operated the Science Barge.
Gotham Greens first commercial greenhouse project, based in Queens New York, will grow premium quality, pesticide-free vegetables and herbs in rooftop greenhouses using clean, renewable energy and captured rainwater.
